PHYSIOLOGICAL INDICES AND WINTER WHEAT PRODUCTION DEPENDING ON SOME TECHNOLOGICAL ELEMENTS
Abstract:
One of the main objectives of the contemporary phytotecnics is the increase of the vegetal production quantity without diminishing its quality. It can be reached by creating sowings with an optimal and durable assimilation surface which would contribute to the photosynthetic efficiency increase.
The results of the investigations held in 2006-2007 proved that the morphological parameters, leaves mass and foliar surface could be a characteristic of the phenotype, but they can't give an information about its productivity.
The researches of the phosynthetic parameters during the vegetation offer a piece of information about the physiological state of the plants, which allows to elaborate an optimal regime of cultivation.
The studied varieties Odeskaia 267 and Select used the light energy more efficiently after the precursor vetch with the sowing density of 6-7 mln viable seeds per hectare.

MAIZE HETEROZYGOSIS EFFECT REVEALING AT THE LEVEL OF PROTEIN MARKERS
Abstract:
The aim of the present work consisted in the study of maize heterozygosis effect revealing at the protein molecular level. The analysis of specific polymorphism of zein molecular forms (ZMF) allows carrying out zein markers identification of hybridization for 12 zoning hybrids of maize and their 11 parental hybrid combinations. It was shown that the index of hypothetical heterozygosis revealing of protein markers sum consist 100% independent from studied parental genotypes. This is the quantitative confirmation of the early revealed qualitative properties of protein profiles codominant character of heredity. In the same time the utilization at the protein molecular level of real heterozygosis index and dominant index of ZMF helps to identify their different role in appreciation of maize hybridization revealing.

The first local complex preparation of Microcom has been elaborated and tested for applicability. The efficacy of foliar treatment of vine with a specific complex of Microcom elements under low negative temperatures was physiologically based on the results that had been obtained in the 3-year experiments: modification of microelements content in the tissue, intensification of phosphor components metabolism, optimization of shoots growth and maturation, fuller realization of genetic potential of frost and winter resistance.

THE INFLUENCE OF FERMENT PREPARATIONS ON THE DIGESTION OF NUTRITIOUS SUBSTANCES AT YOUNG PIGS
Abstract:
In this experiment it has been studied the influence of ferment preparations Farmazyme 2575 and Des in mixed fodders composition on the use and digestion of nutritious substances at young pigs. The level of the ferment Farmazyme 2575 addition was determined in the scientific and eco- nomic experiments that were performed earlier. The ferment preparation Des was obtained and ap- proved for the first time at the Institute of Microbiology of the ASM (Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova).
The data obtained in the physiological experiment showed, that in general the nutritious substances were used better by those pigs that received the addition of ferment preparation Des. A high protein digestion was also observed at the pigs of this group - 72,34% compared to 69,91% in the control group.
The realized experiment showed that the studied ferment preparations had a favorable influence on the digestion, fodder use and young pigs growth; there were not essential differences between these ferments.

OPTIMIZATION OF SELECTED CHARACTERISTICS IN A PIG POPULATION FROM THE SYNTHETICAL PIG LINE PERIS 345
Abstract:
The goal of this paper is the optimization of the selection objective in a paternal pig line. For this purpose, we simulated six types of indices, which differ among them in the number of traits. There were analyzed the following traits: (C. Drăgănescu, 1979) body weight at the age of 182 months (BW), (H. Grosu, S. Lungu, V. D. Kremer, 1997) meat percent in empty body (MPB); (L.N. Hazel, 1943) daily average gain between 0-182 month age and (ADG); (C. R. Henderson, 1963) average daily gain on empty body (ADGB). MPB trait was included in each objective (index). The six indices were: (C. Drăgănescu, 1979) MPB+BW; (H. Grosu, S. Lungu, V. D. Kremer, 1997) MPB+ADG; (C. R. Henderson, 1963) MPB+ADGB; (C. R. Henderson, 1963) MPB+BW+ADG; (Ge. Movileanu, 2008) MPB+BW+ASDGB and (Şt. Popescu-Vifor, 1990) MPB+BW+ADG+ADGB.
The genetic parameters were computed using the REML method. The biologic importance of the traits were estimated on a linear multiple regression. In order to establish the best combination of traits which maximize the expected genetic progress, some parameters were used, as: accuracy of selection, overall genetic progress (ĂH) and the genetic progress for each trait (AG). The best index was the last, which included all traits. Its parameters were: 1,087 (rH); 2,144 (ĂH) and 3,35% (ĂG for MPB).

METHODS AND EQUIPMENT TO ESTIMATE THE WORKING CAPACITY OF MILKING UNITS
Abstract:
Methods and equipment to estimate the working capacity of milking units have been studied. In the paper, there are specified the requirements for performance attributes, structure and software of the milking equipment parameters with the measuring device EXITEST-3 and they are updated according to the new edition of the standard ISO 6690:2007. Additional testing parameters of the milking equipment were defined more exactly due to the analysis of interaction between milking machine elements and udder teats. The integrated influence of the liner on teats is considered in details. It was determined the concept of "massaging action" and the technique of definition of liner "over-pressure" on the teat tip is presented too. The necessary set of the parameters (allowing to estimate serviceability of the milking unit with the help of the device EXITEST) is determined.

SOME PRODUCTIVE AND IMMUNITARY EFFECTS OF GLUCANS EXTRACTED FROM CLAVICEPS PURPUREA IN BROILER CHICKENS
Abstract:
The impact of the standard diet supplemented with glucans extracted from Claviceps purpurea on some productive and immune parameters was studied on a 28 days experiment per- formed on 30 broiler chickens beginning from the 25th day of life. The chicks were breed in semi- intensive conditions, being randomly arranged in three equal groups, according to their body weight. They were fed with specific commercial food, balanced in nutrient principles, each day the glucanic extracts being added in a dosage of 20 mg/kg of body weight for the group E1 and 40 mg/kg of body weight for group E2; the extracts were mixed with the food, after being diluted in distillated water, 10%. At the end of the experiment, the control group reached a weight gain of 644 g. The group E1 (with 20 mg of glucanic extract/kg) reached a weight gain of 696 g, this fact representing a significant difference in comparison with the control group (+ 52 g). The group E 2 (with 40 mg of glucanic extract/kg) reached a weight gain of 728 g, also a significant difference in comparison with the control group (+ 84 g). The specific fodder consumption was of 2,11 kg fodder/kg b. w. in group E2, slightly higher in group E1, that is 2,21 kg fodder/kg b. w., the fodder consumption for the control group being of 2,40 kg fodder/kg b. w., significantly higher than that for the groups E1 and E2. The biochemical blood exam revealed a significant reduction of serum triglycerides in the experimental groups. Histo- logical exam revealed a significant increase of lymphoid populations associated with digestive tract mucosa in the experimental groups.

Abstract:
The article includes the investigation results on the modification in cloacae bursa index after the vaccination against infectious bursitis of chicken with intermediary strains of vaccines.
It was established that the index of cloacae bursa of chickens aged till 45 days is growing. In our investigations, this index was bigger in the control group of chickens - 3, 07. The chickens, which were vaccinated with intermediary strains of vaccines in combination with streptomycets' biomass, showed a bursal index of 2,35-2,63. This confirmed the fact that the streptomycets' biomass is an immune corrector and protects the properties and action of lymphoid tissue of cloacae bursa.

The main factors contributing to soils degradation of this fund are exposed in the paper, and one of them is reflected in the decrease of their fertility.
It highlights the consequences of one of the most important degradation factors: soil erosion.

As a result of theorical and practical investigations of 67 irrigation systems and sites, some important proposols were made, which are necessary for the irrigattion development in the Republic of Moldova in actual conditions. They refer to the equipment of the new irrigated lands with an area of 475000 ha and reabilitation of lands equiped with the worst irrigation systems on an area of 125000 ha.
There are also annexed the principles for an economic efficiency of the irrigated agricultural territories.

Abstract:
The actual accounting system from Republic of Moldova, implemented in 1998, had a positive influence on the evolution of the relation goods-money in the country, insuring an ample au- tonomy of the enterprises and an increased transparency of the economic information. A special contribution is due to the higher educational establishments (including the Agrarian University) which train qualified experts in accounting. But in present the accounting system doesn't meet the advanced requirements and has to be revised, adjusting it to the international standards of financial report. The achievement of this objective is foreseen by the agency of the national strategy of accounting and audit development during the period of 2008-2011. The implementation of this strategy will accelerate country's integration in the unique European space.

Quantitative ratio of extensive and intensive development can be reflected through production resources use.
Besides the indicators which characterize extensive development can be attributed indicators in absolute size, as: agricultural land, average number of working people in the agricultural sector, work- ing remuneration fund, fixed means, current assets and materials resources etc.
Besides the indicators which characterize intensive development can be attributed qualitative indi- cators of resources potential use: labor productivity, output and capacity of agricultural land, produc- tion means, material consumptions and others.
The world agricultural production value is the result of the influence of integral resources potential, of both intensive and extensive factors which influence qualitative and quantitative resources use indicators.
