Abstract:The present paper analyses the methods of the crop yields estimation, which depend on the agro-meteorological conditions and on the soil fertility mark in a multi-annual cycle. Crops productivity was estimated for the agro-pedo-climacteric zones and the territorial administrative units of the Republic of Moldova. In order to obtain the desired yields it is necessary to implement a complex of agro-technical, agro-chemical, pedo-improve-ment measures, as well as zonal technologies for the rational use, conservation and increase of soil fertility.

Abstract:
Researches concerning the dynamics of shoots' growth and leaf area surface at some scions varieties introduced in the Republic of Moldova: Loose Perlette, Summer Muscat, Monukka and Italia, grafted on different rootstocks were carried out. It was shown, that the average length of shoots, the leaf area surface and their productivity increase at the scion varieties grafted on the rootstocks 44-53¨ and 5ÂÂ, in comparison with SO4 and 101-14.

Abstract:
The influence of new biological preparations, on the basis of nitrogen-fixation microorganisms and wheat lectin as a biologically active substance, and mineral fertilizers on the structure's elements formation of the winter wheat cv. Podolyanka yield is considered. It is shown, that the complete use of mineral fertilizers and before-sawing treatment of seeds with biological preparations increase the grains productivity, which is showed by the formation of the proper elements of wheat productivity.

Abstract:
The fodder crop rotation soil contains about 737-869 kg C/ha, 206-243 k N/ha, 44-51 kg P/ha, 15-17 kg K/ha, and in the land the quantity of the biogenic elements represents about 2127 kg/ha, 596, 128 and 43 kg/ha, respectively. The quota of microbial carbon in the studied variants makes up 0,94-1, 02 in the alfalfa crop rotation and 0, 48-0, 98% in the crop rotation without alfalfa, and in the fallow land it constitutes about 2,53%.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of the experimental researches of vines clonal varieties obtained in the scientific instutions of the European countries based on the classical varieties: Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Chardounay Pinot blanc and Sauvignon.
On the experimental field in the southern zone of the Republic of Moldova, during a period of three years of planting there have been identified these clones charactersitcs: growing power, degree of rippening, character of leaves development, crops and their quality, possibility of accelerated rehabilitation of the bushes form after winter frosts damage etc.

Abstract:
Avermectin complex of Streptomyces Avermytilis UKM AC-2179 (Named Avercom) showed the high nematicidal activity against plants parasitic nematodes Meloidogyne incognita in the in vitro system: LD50 is 2,0 mkg/ml in 30 min. Abundance of plants parasitic nematodes in spring at wheat rhizosphere decreased in the presence of avercom and Streptomyces avermitilis by 90 and 93% respectively. For the first time, it was estab¬lished, that plants' growth regulators (emistim C and biolan) intensify avercom nematicidal action.

Berca, 2000), have demonstrated that the profound interaction between plants protection and environment can be stopped only in the case of agricultural development as an organism, which has as a model the natural ecosystems (M. Berca, 2000, L. Volosciuc, 2007).

ASPECTS CONCERNING THE INFLUENCE OF SOME REFRIGERATION METHODS ON THE TARTRIC COMPOUNDS SOLUBILITY IN WINES
Abstract:
This study presents data concerning the variation of tartric compounds solubility (KHT, CaT) during formation, maturation and refrigeration of "Grasa de Cotnari" wine. Refrigeration was done by traditional, classic and continuous flow methods. The compounds solubility is analyzed with the help of the following parameters: concentrations (PC, PCT) and solubility (KST, KS ) of products at -4 0C, KHT and CaT excess at -4 0C, theoretical saturation temperatures (TTS) of KHT and CaT. Solubility values were calculated according to the alcoholic degree, total acidity, pH, tartric acid and potassium and calcium cations.
During this study, it was noted that tartric compounds were insoluble, as a result of diminishing values of concentrations and solubility products of KHT and CaT, depending on the dicrease of the main compounds that influence the solubility of tartric acid - potassium and calcium. This aspect is accentuated by the decreasing values of KHT and CaT excess at -4 0C and by the theoretical saturation temperatures (TTS) of KHT and CaT.
This study offers experimental data necessary to explain physical-chemical phenomena that influence the solubility of tartric compounds (KHT and CaT) during wine development.

Abstract:The article presents the investigations of the epizootic situation of the rabbits haemorrhagic disease in the private farm „Stepaºca" as well as the forms of its clinical manifestation, pathomorphological modifications and immunological efficiency of the monovalent and associate vaccines. The epizootic situation developed with 30% and affected the rabbits in 2005 and in 2007. In the same time the mortality was 42% and in 2007 - 19%. Mortality made up 47% and 15%. Pathomorphological lesions in the internal organs were in the form of hemorrhages on the liver in 100% of rabbits. More effective prophylactic effects were obtained when the vaccination was made with monovalent vaccines

DYNAMICS OF THE SKIN'S NEUROTROPHICAL FUNCTIONS REGENERATION AFTER CLEANSING THE ANIMAL MEMBERS INJURY WITH CRYOGEN
Abstract:
The skin's injury of the hoof's intermanual partition in cattle is followed very often by the appear¬ance of persistent wounds which require a long treatment.
During this research, the wound of the intermanual partition skin of an experienced animal was reproduced and then cleansed with liquid nitrogen. The regeneration of nervous fibers was studied using neurohistological meth¬ods. In five days one can observe the growth of the axons and the migration of peripheral glial cells on remained perineural covers from the nervous bundles of the derma to the granulations tissue and to recycling epidermis.
In ten days the reparative histogenesis continues to increase. In the nervous trunks of the derma and in the nervous bundles of a superficial plexus on the border with epidermis, we can observe the appearance of thin myelinized fibers and the axons with flasks and bulbs rising on the ends.
In fifteen days the bundles unmyelinated fibers, departing from the core nervous plexus, together with the blood vessels are penetrating in the high papillae cutis.
On the twentieth day there is the wound healing: structural integrity of epidermis layers and the derma skin are restored.
Processes of growth and myelinization of the axons come to the end, mature myelinization and non myeliniza-tion nervous fibers are formed. The presence of mature nervous fibers and nervous terminations in papillae cutis testify that to the given date neurotrophic functions of the skin tissues of the foot were restored.

This article presents the new results, obtained in a an explicit form, regarding the construction of the influence functions and integral formula of Poisson type for the half-space of an important limit problem concerning the no-coupled dynamic thermoelasticity. For this purpose the author made use of a new method, elaborated and published by her in the previous works. This method allows to obtain the integral formula and Green functions for a large variety of problems concerning dynamic thermoelasticity. The main advantage of this method consists in the combination of two solution stages of the problems regarding dynamic thermoelasticity in one single stage.

Planting and growing the perennial plants constitute a special group of material assets. At the same time, it is necessary to mark that the owners and users of lands, the lots of which are occupied by young perennial plants, are liberated of paying the land tax.
It is proved, that the trellis is object of the basic means, and its deterioration must be taken into account because of carrying out its function before the transition of long-term plantings to the category of fruit-bearings ones.

THE RESEARCH CONCERNING PRICES SETTING POLICY FOR THE FRUIT GROWING PRODUCTS
Abstract:
The article is devoted to issues allowing the improvement of a pricing policy for fruit growing products, development of the information gathering mechanisms on technological processes in manufacturing, organization of fruit products processing and costs structure of the enterprises. The research is based upon the methodological, scientific and theoretical material expressed in the works of Moldovan and international econo¬mists, who analyzed the methodology and practical aspects of price setting, as well as works of the leading biologists, horticulturists, and viticulturists studying the possibilities of improving varieties of grapes and fruits, developing new agricultural methods. The work reveals basic purchasing drivers for fruit growing products and determines the most efficient methods of pricing policy formation. Being based upon complex marketing research of natural, as well as economic and social conditions of various fruit-producing regions of the Republic of Moldova, there were identified structural correlations of fruit varieties, and varieties with different ripening periods, in accordance with the Supply-Demand law. On the basis of a detailed and complex research of the agricultural markets of Moldova the author defined characteristics of prices on the market, high and low price policies, fixed prices, price discrimination, discounts and benefits policy. The article analyzes and defines features of a pricing policy formation depending on the geographical position of fruit and grape producing regions and depending on the season of its sales.

The secondary products are those ones obtained at the same time with the essential products from a biological active or a group of biological actives but having a secondary importance. The aim of this work is the elucidation of the recognition of the secondary products as a component and necessary part of the agricultural products.

ASSESSMENT OF THE N.S.A. „THE STOCKS OF GOODS AND STUFF" CONCERNING THE SUBJECT OF CURRENT ASSESSMENT OF STOCKS OF MATERIAL VALUES
Abstract:
The reforming of the national accounting system accompanied by the adoption of the national accounting standards inclusively the N.S.A.2 „The stocks of goods and stuff" promoted the implementation of the international evidence rules of the material values stocks. Therefore, it is necessary a profound estimation of the methodological basis of the material values stocks accounting and their current evaluation method.

Abstract:
The modern agriculture has become a system of enormous dimensions with certain structures and functioning mechanisms. The specialization of regions conducted to the separation and regional regrouping of different branches, appearance of some complementary and interdependent systems, in other words to a new labor division, named horizontal; the subsystems supply with agricultural raw material the processing industries producing goods designated for alimentary and non-alimentary consumption. In the framework of the agricul¬tural activity the labor constitutes the active production factor having, primordially, two components: physical and intellectual one.

Abstract:
Lucrarea a avut ca scop prezentarea unei comparatii privind Marja Bruta in ferme de vaci de diferite marimi (12 vaci, 50 vaci, 150 vaci), productii de lapte (3,500 kg, 5,000 kg si 6,000 kg pe vaca/an) si statut juridic (ferma familiara, asociatie familiara, ferma comerciala). Pentru fiecare tip de ferma s-au determinat produsul brut, cheltuielile variabile, cheltuielile fixe, cheltuielile totale, marja bruta, profitul brut si net, rata profitului. Analiza s¬a bazat pe metodologia UE, care utilizeaza Marja Bruta ca masura a marimii afacerii. Cercetarile au aratat ca cu c at dimensiunea fermei este mai mare, cu atat productia de lapte, cheltuielile, produsul brut, marja bruta, profitul net si rata profitului sunt mai mari. Ferma comerciala a inregistrat 328,550 Euro/an marja bruta, ferma asociatiei familiare a inregistrat 85,962 Euro/an, iar ferma familiara doar 12,502 Euro/an. Comparatia cu Marja Bruta Standard a UE arata o mare diferenta privind eficienta in cresterea vacilor din Romania.
